Beginning process of block meshing out set design for the different nodes, leaving gaps to allow for mob spawn closets and gameplay flow.

Summary of Work:

My goal here was to begin actually setting out the layout of each node and taking the concepted gameplay and level design and put it in Engine. I made a few static mesh assets for the houses (can’t wait to get some artists on that.) I made some color choices that mimic a color wheel. The overall color accents for each region will be red for the military section, yellow for the coin section and purple for the academic section. Finally, the castle itself will have blue accenting so that they mimic the poles of the color wheel and still take some symbolism from the colors themselves. As a reminder the lowest tier is intended to be a residential section, the mid-tier is the commercial section and then the upper most tier is the castle itself.
